  • This is the second progress report of ICRISAT Grain Quality and Biochemistry Support Program. In this report the work on the amino acid composition of chickpea and pigeonpea has been described , The work has been carried out during 1977-82. In addition tot his report , results on this aspect have appeared in ICRISAT ANNUAL REPORTS. Our program has closely collaborated with Genetics Resources Unit, Pigeonpea Breeding, Chickpea Breeding and Pulse Physiology programs at ICRISAT and their contribution and assistance are gratefully acknowledged.
